Yes. In California you have the right to choose where your car is repaired, and your insurer can't require you to use a particular shop. Tell your adjuster you'd like Auto PRO Collision to do the work and we'll take it from there.

When we repair your car on a qualifying insurance claim, we take 50% off the deductible you would otherwise pay us. Ask about it when you call or when we write your estimate and we'll explain exactly how it applies to your repair.

Yes, estimates are always free. Bring the car by during business hours or call ahead and we'll have time set aside to look it over.

It should be impossible to tell. We start from your car's factory paint code, tint to account for how your finish has aged, and blend the color into the neighboring panels so there's no visible line where the repair ends.

Minor bumper and panel repairs often take a few days. Larger collision and frame repairs take longer, and parts availability and insurance approval can change the timeline. We give you an estimated completion date up front and keep you updated.
